As a customer I feel extremely lucky and privalidged that I had Darren from Dales plumbing re-plumbing
my new flat. Darren was professional, pleasant and polite. His eye for detail and high standards emphasised his excellent
work. He made a stressful refurbishment a great experience all round and when he was finsished we were really sad to
see him go (silly, I know!). I will definately use Darren again. I could not have asked for a better plumber.

My boiler broke down on a Friday afternoon and I thought I would be facing a massive weekend
call out fee. As luck would have it I found Dales.
He attended within the hour, diagnosed the problem,gave me an estimate
that did not make me fall over, collected the new spares on Saturday morning and had it fixed before midday, all within the
original estimate. Nice guy, no call out charge and knows what he is doing!
I will use him for all my plumbing and gas

up at the end of that same day to check the problem out. He is really genuine guy, he explained what he was doing all the

When our boiler died over new year I contacted British Gas, their customer service was poor and the engineer failed to turn
up. Upon calling Dales Plumbing, Darren was here within 5 minutes, diagnosed a series of faults and had them all resolved

It was the Saturday before last and everywhere was terribly snowed up. It was with horror that I came
downstairs in the morning and discovered that my boiler had gone out. I had two paying guests in the house and just
couldn't afford to have no heating. It was bitterly cold that weekend. I called my normal plumber but he couldn't
promise that he could be with me until the following Monday. I knew only a local plumber would be able to get to me
on the icy roads and so I decided to call Dales Plumbing in Eaton Gardens. Darren was true to his word and was with
me within two hours. He had the boiler fixed in a short time and showed me how to operate an emergency switch should
the problem arise again. I was immensely relieved to have my heating back on that afternoon !!

Dales are efficient, reliable and very competitively
priced. They were serious when stated that once a price has been quoted he keeps to it. I was hugely concerned when
my boiler broke new years eve and was in desperate need of heating. Dales didn't charge a call out fee or extra
monies for work carried out. Even though they had to return again due to the parts stores being closed new years eve
I wasn't charged extra. I would rate this service as excellent, and would happily recommend to all my friends and family.
Dales will be getting alot more business hopefully through my recommendations.

I cannot recommend Dales enough, came out late one evening to fix boiler, told me straight
what it was, charged an exceptionally reasonable price and no call out charge! On top of that just a really nice person to
deal with, no sucking through the teeth saying might take me this long or might have to wait for this just straight in got

I called Dales plumbing on the off chance that I could get someone to look at my boiler as the plumber who I had booked
in never showed. I got a very helpful women on the phone who said she had someone on the road and she would see if he could
come by. The plumber arrived within 20 minutes and was terrific. He fixed it in 15 minutes and was very professional
and even showed me what to do the next time it happened.
